By buying from Furnace Lifestyle you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site or purchases made through other means. Please read them carefully before purchasing any item.
PRODUCTS & SERVICE
Our products are sold subject to their product descriptions. We take care that these are as accurate as possible but occasionally they may contain inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors. Likewise these may affect promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. As such all of the information on this website, including product descriptions, may not always be accurate when you place an order. In such cases I will try and contact you to resolve the issue but I reserve the right to: correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; change or update information; withdraw the produce from sale or cancel orders without prior notice. We may also withdraw products from sale without notice.
Furnace Lifestyle is not responsible if you provide the wrong delivery address.
Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of ordering.
DELIVERY
Covid-19 Update
Our delivery services remain operational, with new precautions to keep you and us safe. We are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Large furniture - After you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange delivery day. Please bear in mind that delivery for furniture is curb side.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition in the correct packaging.
To return your order:
1. Email furnacelifestyle@gmail.com with your reason for return.
2. Return the product(s) in original condition, complete with packaging.
3. Following a satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for your goods between 2-3 working days.
We do not accept unauthorised returns.
We apologise but I am unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned, unless this has been prior agreement. You are also responsible whilst the product is in transit, we recommend sending it back insured and signed for.
